  1. Depart London. Change planes. Arrive Panama City. Tfr to Soberania National Park. O/n Gamboa Rainforest Resort, BB.
  2. Day at leisure to relax or swim in the pool. O/n Gamboa Rainforest Resort, BB.
  3. Morning visit to Summit Botanical Gardens. Free afternoon. O/n Gamboa Rainforest Resort, BB.
  4. Morning to enjoy Aerial Tram and Exhibits tour. Free afternoon. O/n Gamboa Rainforest Resort, BB.
  5. Morning Monkey Island Boat Tour. Free afternoon. O/n Gamboa Rainforest Resort, BB.
  6. Tfr to airport. Fly to Bocas del Toro. Boat tfr to Bastimentos Marine Park. O/n Tranquilo Bay, FB.
