Making a booking and Payments
|
Our selection of family itineraries are all organised on a TAILOR-MADE basis; ie, they are flexible as regards departure, length and specific locations. You may book a tour as it stands, or alter it.
Our brochure itineraries have been carefully constructed to provide optimum benefits. To book a tour as it stands in the brochure, simply find the booking form in the back of the brochure, fill in the boxes, and send the form duly signed and completed to us with a cheque for £250 deposit for each person (non-returnable). Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions of Booking first.
If you wish to alter a brochure itinerary, we shall be happy to design a new one based on your requirements, and submit it to you in writing with a price quotation. Should you wish to book the newly designed tour, the above procedure applies. Should you wish us to modify it again, we shall require your completed booking form and deposit, after which we shall submit a third, and even a fourth, itinerary for your approval, giving a price concomitant with the first quotation bearing in mind the changes.
NB: No reservations can be made until a booking form and deposit are received. Credit cards are accepted only for deposits; cheques or bank transfers only will be accepted for full payment - this policy is to maintain our competitive pricing. If credit cards must be used for full payment, a charge of 2.5% of the entire tour and flight cost will be made to cover costs imposed by the card company.
